Form builder

Create unlimited forms with a custom title and URL, configurable submit-button text, success message, and optional redirect after submission.

Field types

Text, email, phone, long text, select, checkbox, date, and file upload. Set a label, required status, display order, and width for each field. Move fields up or down using ↑ ↓ controls.

Embedding forms

Each form gets its own public path, /forms/slug. You can also embed a form directly in any SitePro CMS page or post with the shortcode {{sitepro_form:slug}}. For example, {{sitepro_form:consultation}} embeds a 'Request a consultation' form.

Submission management

Submitted data is stored in the CMS admin panel. Statuses: New, In Progress, Completed, and Spam. Administrators can view submissions, change status, add private notes, filter by form or status, download attachments, and export CSV.

Email notifications

Forms use the SitePro CMS mail system. Configure a recipient address per form; otherwise the site's default email is used. The module is compatible with SitePro Mail.

Attachments

Uploaded files are saved as private media and are not published to the public media library. Administrators can download them from each submission.

Spam protection

CSRF protection, hidden honeypot field, detection of unrealistically fast submission, rate limiting, input validation, and safe file uploads. Actual visitor IP addresses are not stored with submissions; only protected hashes are used for anti-spam checks.
